Unworn items in original packaging can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Just email lumellas.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number and which design you’d like instead.

If your bracelet arrives broken or with a manufacturing issue, contact lumellas.jewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
